This checklist ensures your visit is productive and that we can provide the safest, most effective care possible.Without these labs, Dr. Harding may not be able to complete your evaluation. A follow-up visit may be required. Please ensure the actual image files are included. Dr. Harding personally reviews all thyroid ultrasounds. If you’re missing any of the required items, our team will contact you to help coordinate next steps.
